Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how TS Buildings, LLC, doing business as Dozen Reviews ("Dozen Reviews," "we," "us," or "our"), handles personal information when you interact with us. It applies whenever you:

visit our website at https://dozenreviews.com;

create or use a Dozen Reviews account; or

communicate with us for support, billing, or general inquiries.

Dozen Reviews is a review-generation and reputation tool that helps businesses invite their own customers to leave reviews and keep track of the feedback they receive.

Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected].

Quick Summary

What we collect. It depends on how you use the service — mainly account details, billing information, and the customer contact lists that account holders upload so we can send review invitations on their behalf.

Sensitive data. The most sensitive information we touch is the end-customer contact data that our account holders provide. We rely on those account holders to have collected it lawfully.

Selling data. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share mobile/SMS opt-in data for third-party marketing.

Security. We use a combination of technical and organizational safeguards, though no system is perfectly secure.

Your choices. Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information.

How to Access, Correct, or Delete Your Data

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly. When you sign up, ask about the service, reach out to support, or use the platform's features, you may provide:

your name;

email address;

phone number;

mailing or business address;

billing details;

login and authentication information; and

customer contact information that you upload in order to send review invitations.

Customer contact data uploaded by account holders. Account holders may import or transmit the contact details of their own customers ("End Customers") so that Dozen Reviews can deliver review invitations and follow-up messages on the account holder's behalf.

By uploading or providing this information, the account holder represents and warrants that they have secured every permission, consent, and legal right needed to contact those individuals by SMS, email, or any other electronic channel under the laws that apply to them. During onboarding and when contacts are added, account holders are asked to confirm that the appropriate consent is in place. Dozen Reviews does not independently audit how that contact information was gathered and relies on the account holder's representations that it was obtained lawfully.

Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store complete payment card numbers on our systems. Stripe's handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy at https://stripe.com/privacy.

Information collected automatically. When you use the website or platform, our systems may record limited technical information such as your device type, browser, and basic log data, primarily to keep the service running securely. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers to profile your activity across the web.

2. How We Use Information

We process personal information to:

set up, operate, and maintain the service;

create and administer accounts;

answer support and billing requests;

send service-related and administrative messages;

deliver review invitations and reminders on behalf of our account holders;

improve and troubleshoot the platform;

detect, prevent, and respond to fraud or security issues; and

meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Marketing and case studies. From time to time we may feature business-level information about our customers in promotional materials. This could include a business name, logo, publicly available reviews, testimonials, and summary outcomes such as growth in review volume. If you would rather your business not appear in our marketing, let us know at [email protected] and we will make reasonable efforts to honor that going forward.

3. Our Legal Bases for Processing

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following: your consent; performance of a contract with you; compliance with a legal obligation; and our legitimate business interests, balanced against your rights.

4. How and With Whom We Share Information

We share information only as needed to run the service, including with vetted providers such as:

cloud hosting and infrastructure vendors;

our payment processor (Stripe);

email and SMS delivery and communication platforms;

customer-support and account-management tools; and

providers that help us authenticate users and secure the platform.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to enforce our agreements, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Third-party platforms. The service connects with outside platforms such as Google and social networks. Those platforms run independently and may remove, hide, or change reviews at their own discretion. We cannot guarantee that any review will appear, stay visible, or remain unchanged on a third-party platform.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use a small set of cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, protect the platform from abuse, remember your preferences, and keep the service functioning. We do not deploy third-party advertising or cross-site analytics cookies.

6. How Long We Keep Information

We retain personal information for as long as it is reasonably needed to provide the service, keep your account active, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. After an account closes, residual copies may persist in routine backups for a limited time before being overwritten.

7. How We Protect Information

We use safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption of sensitive data in transit, restricted access controls, secure infrastructure, and authentication protections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

8. Children and Minors

The service is built for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

request access to the personal information we hold about you;

ask us to correct inaccurate information;

request deletion of your personal information; and

withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

10. "Do Not Track" Signals

Because there is still no agreed industry standard for "Do Not Track," our service does not currently respond to those browser signals.

11. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights, which can include the right to know what personal information is collected, to correct inaccuracies, to request deletion, and to opt out of certain uses of their information. To make a request, contact us at [email protected].

12. SMS and Mobile Opt-In Data

Phone numbers handled through the platform are used only to deliver the communications they were provided for, such as review invitations and reminders. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing. Recipients can stop messages at any time by replying STOP to any text.

13. Where Your Data Is Processed

Our service is operated from the United States. If you access it from another country whose data laws differ from U.S. law, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, and by continuing to use the service you consent to that transfer.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Significant changes may also be communicated through the service or by email.
